My wife and I saw a car online that we thought would be a good fit for our family. We test drove it after we met Jason Williams, but it turned out to not be exactly what we wanted. I planned on taking the day off of work on Monday so I could go down and see it to see if we liked it. When I spoke to Jason Monday morning, he offered to drive all the way from Ogden to Orem, pick up the car and bring it along with the paperwork right to my home. Absolutely amazing customer service! Recently my car was vandalized and when I decided to trade it in for a new car Mike and Ken Garff Honda was the first place of thought of. I actually went without my husband because I knew Mike would take great care of me. He is very honest, not pushy, actually cares about the customer and he spent a lot of time with me finding the perfect car. As I was going through the process of negotiation I was feeling a little stressed and another salesman, Jason Williams, joked with me and actually bought me a drink. I wasent even his customer!!
