I bought 3 cars yesterday. I came to this dealership because I was short on time and I found a salesman I felt I could trust. He told me that he would give me the best deal possible. He even came back late last night when we picked up our cars and went over all the features, including the navigaion and handsfree. we needed some accessories that were not in stock and the parts and service had them for us and installed within 24 hours. this dealership has kind and thoughtful employees. very friendly! I bought my Accord new in 2004 and have always had good service the have been most helpful with even little concerns so when my daughter was having some problems getting help with a radio code to be reset service the have been most helpful with even little concerns so when my daughter was having some problems getting help with a radio code to be reset on her Accord at a dealership in Salt Lake I told her to just bring it down to Orem and I thought they would be more helpful. Curtis Allen met us as we pulled up and offered to get it taken care of right away and then also her if there were other concerns, there were a couple of things so he took me into the parts dept. and we got two parts. The knob Curtis put on right away and the inside door lock was sent home with her for her husband to install after he told her how to do it. He took hiss time to help this young mother of 3 to fix little irritating problems. I really was grateful for his kindness and understanding. Trudy More

I worked with Chris Alder on the purchase of my Pre-Owned FJ Toyota. Not only do I love the car. The sales experience was amazing. I needed some body work done. The insurance company had given me a check and rental car option. When I took my van to Ken Garff, Curtis took care of everything from getting a timely estimate to calling th given me a check and rental car option. When I took my van to Ken Garff, Curtis took care of everything from getting a timely estimate to calling the rental company and confirming my arrangements. I was picked up at the dealership by the rental company and when the work was done I just left the rental there. The cost for repairs was less than two other estimates I had previously gotten. I never had to wait longer than a few minutes to be helped each time I called or came into the dealership. They even washed my car when the work was done. With my busy schedule, I really appreciate every minute they saved my during the whole process. More
Curtis greeted me, immediately, and double-checked my service needs. I needed a new battery, to have the tires rotated and two new keys made. They were fast, friendly and fair. I brought my Odyssey in for a recall and my tire pressure light kept coming on. Curtis went above and beyond and got me in without an appointment (I didn't realize I needed one). He explained that my tire pressure light came on because of the change of temperatures and check all my tires and reset it for me for free. He also said there were three recalls on my car and that he could take care of all of them for me at the same time but it would take four or five hours. I explained to him that I had a lot of things I had to do at home so he offered to have his shuttle driver, Ken (I think), take me home. When my husband brought me back to pick up my car Curtis was with someone else so a young lady named Debbie went over all of my paper work and explained that there was no charge for anything. I was super impressed and my husband was too that nobody tried to push me around. I would definitely recommend, and already have, Curtis and the whole team at Honda of Orem. They really know how to take care of their customers. More
We purchased a new Honda from Ken Garff Jeep and we are thrilled with our experience. We knew exactly which model of car we wanted, how much we wanted to pay and we had a minimum amount that we would accep thrilled with our experience. We worked with Nate Harrison on the phone before going into the dealership. When my husband went to the dealership, Nate honored everything he said on the phone. They did not try to add any additional fees or charges and the price of the vehicle was outstanding. Highly recommended. :) More
the Reason of this complaint is to let the most highy superriors know how dissappointed I am with the sale of my truck, from the dealership at KEN GARFF HONDA OF OREM, UT. I purchased my vehicle in the m superriors know how dissappointed I am with the sale of my truck, from the dealership at KEN GARFF HONDA OF OREM, UT. I purchased my vehicle in the middle of October 2010 along with puchasing my vehicle I got the extra GAP coverage as well as the 3 month 3k mile warranty that covers up to $5k in motor coverage. and come to find out just about 3 months after i bought it at KEN GARFF my sparkplug ended up melting the coil in my cylinder and causing internal damage. and on top of that my 4 wheel drive does not work at all, so i had it towed back to the dealership and they told me that it's gonna cost around $3300 to fix the problem, and i asked them if they would fix this problem along with my 3 month 3k warranty and they told me that their is nothing they could do for me at all on my situation. and at the time of purchasing you would think that a known dealership would BACK-U-UP or at least ask you if you would like to purchase an engine warranty from KEN GARFF.........NOTHING....... so after about an hour or 2 from talking with the dealership, i made some phone calls to mechanics i know to figure out solutions to this problem and the solution i got will cost 75 dollars parts and labor. so from there i called back the dealership and asked them how much to put this solution in for me and they told me $2300 to put in a helacoil now that's a crock of xxxx. I am so very dissapointed and straught with the low low level of help and I'm not ever going to recommend KEN GARFF TO ANYONE, and i know now that i overpaid by $5000 also now I'm stuck with the truck and a melted spark plug and coil in my cylinder and have a $450 dollar payment per month for what? nothing!!!!!!!! thank alote KEN GARFF FOR NOTHING were is the BACK-U-UP......... More
