I would rate this as a terrific place to buy a car and would recommend them to anyone. Mike, the sales manager also runs the Nissan Store down the street - So you can be assured of being as equally as well treated. Without hesitation. I would tell you to go here. More

He knew more about the Odyssey than the other three salesman combined that I talked to at the other dealers. He took a lot of time with me to make sure I understood exactly how to operate everything in the van. The sales process was fairly quick and they had the best price out of all the other dealerships I looked at. I would highly reccomend them. You won't be dissapointed at all.? More
My car engine had (still HAS) puttering problem. I took my car to the service center in August, and charged $850. They changed some parts and called me "your car is done", so I pick up my car, but my car my car to the service center in August, and charged $850. They changed some parts and called me "your car is done", so I pick up my car, but my car had the same problem. Yes, they didn't fixed the problem. In September, I took my car to the shop again to fix the ORIGINAL problem. They asked me to pay for the check up fee AGAIN which is about $110! I negotiated and ended up paying $0 for the check up! They said another part needed to be changed and it would cost around $600. When I picked up my car, they asked me to pay $735 which is $135 more than they told me. They NEVER fixed the engine problem AGAIN, it continues to putter. I usually get gasoline from Costco and they said Costco gasoline might have created the problem. So I tried different company hoping the puttering problem would go away. It's been more than 2 months since I took my car to the shop. My car still has the same problem. The car has the EXACT SAME PROBLEM from when I initially took it in. I feel I have paid more then $1500 for nothing. I received the letters from the service center saying "don't be hesitate to call or email us or manager if you have questions", so I tried to make an contact with the manager, but NEVER received response from him. I emailed him a couple times, but NEVER received answer. More
I went to this dealership to have my car serviced while I was on vacation. It was the worst experience at any Honda dealer I have ever had. It was a simple oil change, and they charged me $40 and took over was on vacation. It was the worst experience at any Honda dealer I have ever had. It was a simple oil change, and they charged me $40 and took over 4 hours to do it! When I got the car back, the seats were all out of whack, the windshield wipers were on, the radio presets were all changed, the radio was on some loud rap channel and turned all the way up, and the KEYS were IN the ignition and the doors were unlocked! My car was out in the parking lot... and it was supposed to have been washed as part of the service, but was just as dirty as when I dropped it off. I was leaving to drive home the next day, so didn't have time to go back and have them wash it... I called the service manager from the hotel to tell him, and he just said "Sorry, bring it back and we'll wash it." I took it to a Supersonic car wash on my way out and left. I will never go back to Ken Garff Honda of Orem again. Bad experience. (this was surprising because I bought a brand new car from another Ken Garff dealership and had a great experience....) More
Had my car worked on under WARRANTY, and I told him the first day, "I need to take the mechanic out to tell him about the sound" He said there was no need, he called me later, and said come in and show the first day, "I need to take the mechanic out to tell him about the sound" He said there was no need, he called me later, and said come in and show the mechanic cuz he couldnt find it. Went in and drove for like 2 min and hes like, wow! Thats way noticable. (He just put it up on the lift, didnt drive it, and I told them "Sound comes up when driving only" Brought it in the next day and they didnt figure out a possible problem until 5:00PM, said then they would have to keep it for 3 more days. After 3 days, they said they fixed what possibly could of been wrong on it, and its still broken, going on 5 days in the shop and still have gotten no where. They refuse to do anything for me, shuttle is only until 4:00PM, useless!, and they will only do Orem and Provo. They refuse to give a loaner and rental is an outrageous price. Also they never follow up on me, I have to call them and ask whats going on every time. They do things with out asking and dont even try to work with you. Also when they washed my car, scratches all over it now, and I had things in the back seat and they are covered in some kind of goo. ARG! More
I can't begin to tell you what is wrong with this dealership. My biggest complaint is that they LIE big time & couldn't care less once you sign your docs. I was told my Subaru would be a $2500 trad dealership. My biggest complaint is that they LIE big time & couldn't care less once you sign your docs. I was told my Subaru would be a $2500 trade-in, then when I get there after a three hour drive, it's "oh by the way, we can't give you that amount..." (only paid $2000 on a car that listed for $4000 trade-in value in Kelly Blue Book because they knew they had me over a barrel at that point). Then they lied about the dates in submitting the paperwork to my bank for my payoff (the bank had to eat the extra cost), lied about the process for registering my new car (still haven't seen the money they were supposed to send to do it & my temporary permit expires a few days from now), even lied about the date I came in to do the transaction- claimed it was the next day so they would not be late with the bank. You try to call to resolve a problem and ask to speak to the person whose name you have been given and they play phone games, routing you to other people who don't have a clue about the problem just so they don't have to speak to you. Basically they are totally unscrupulous and should NOT be in business. I am reporting them to the better business bureau, the fraud office division at the capitol and may even sue them depending on when and if I ever see the car registration money they were supposed to send me. They promise anything to you that you want to hear, just to get you to agree to any deal and then once you sign the paperwork, it's a whole other ballgame dealing with them. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHEATED AND LIED TO AND SPEND HOURS AND HEADACHES DEALING WITH THE PROBLEMS YOU'LL HAVE!!!! More
I took an odyssey to be inspected by Ken Garff before I bought it. They charged me $110 dollars and said everything looked great. THE DAY I DROVE IT HOME, we had problems. Brakes need to be replaced, steer bought it. They charged me $110 dollars and said everything looked great. THE DAY I DROVE IT HOME, we had problems. Brakes need to be replaced, steering wheel pump needs replaced, and total we are out two thousand dollars! Ken Garff service claims they couldn't have known, wouldn't even look at the vehicle without charging me AGAIN to even find out what was wrong even though I already paid them $110 dollars for nothing. They were complete JERKS! If this is the way they all do business, I would steer clear! More
I definitely would not recommend this dealership. My husband and I first worked with Shawn (Sean?) the first couple of times we went in. He seemed very friendly and honest. The last time we went in howe husband and I first worked with Shawn (Sean?) the first couple of times we went in. He seemed very friendly and honest. The last time we went in however turned out to be an awful experience. We worked with Max and thought we had found the car for us. The blue book value on it was about $18,000. They had it listed for about $11,000. My husband and I asked him why it was priced so low. He responded that they were just trying to get it off the lot. We kept asking if the mechanics had looked it over and if there was something wrong with it. He seemed to dance around the question. So we asked again and again if there was something wrong with it. He said they were just trying to get it off the lot and listed it so low to bring in customers. The next morning I came in first thing to take it to my mechanic to have it inspected. Keep in mind I had to wake my two children up early to get them to the babysitter so I could go do this, which is a bit of a hassle. On the way to take it to my mechanic the gas light went on! I had to stop and put gas in it! After looking at it my mechanic said, "Please don't buy this car!" He went on to explain the many things wrong with it. He said it needed about $7,000 worth of work done. One problem was that the transmission was about to go and would need to be replaced. The tires were totally bald. He said there was no way they would pass safety and emissions. My husband and I had pointed out the bald tires to Max and he said they had passed S&E and he said they would last at least another year. There is no way. Thank goodness my mechanic felt bad and didn't charge me. When I took it back to the dealership I was pretty upset. I told Max (politely) there was no way we would buy the car it had too many problems. Then he said that they didn't want to do all of the repairs it needed. He said they were just going to let whoever bought it do the repairs. He acted as if he had told us that all along! It was as if he was hoping our mechanic wouldn't find the problems! I was so mad I just couldn't say anything. I just told him goodbye and left. I even waited a couple of weeks to write this review to make sure I wasn't overreacting. But lying is a big deal! I will never go there again, and neither will my friends or family. More
