Even though we were at the dealership for the good part of 4.5 hours, we never felt pressured into anything. Jered made us feel very comfortable and never came across as pushy. I've worked sales before, so I really attempted to come prepared. We came to an agreement on a great interest rate and great term and are just satiesfied. Unfortunately, we don't get our car for another couple days since they need to bring a new one off the truck, but I anticipate the joy I'm gonna feel knowing my wife and I are gonna be the first ones to drive it! Even though she was just 20 he was very respectful and helpful. The entire staff at Ken Garff Honda made her feel comfortable an important. So this summer when I wanted to purchase a new car I went back to Mark Walker and Ken Garff Honda, even though I passed several Honda dealerships from Sandy to Orem. They didn't disappoint me and made my experience just as wonderful as they had made my daughter's. They also negotiated us a fabulous interest rate. I would recommend them to everyone as the best dealership to purchase a car, either new or used!!!!! More
