Worst experience ever. Going on 5.5 hours of a trade-in with no end in site. I was told they use the KBB site to determine trade in value, that isn’t exactly true. Had to haggle a lot on a trade-in in excellent shape that is 2 years old with 16,800 miles. Then all of the up selling. On the sticker on the car, the Cheyenne Package for $1,990 is optional, that is false. $1,195 is required no matter what. Came in at 915am, all paperwork signed by 1235pm. I took the old car to get the snow tires taken off. That took 2 hours, they plan was to have the car washed, plates on when I returned. I returned and nothing has been done, not even gased up. Then they need 45 minutes to perform a software update. Then I am told it is going to a detailed due to a matte paint finish downtown. Not sure how long this will take. Dealership said they were afraid to wash it here since it is the special paint. Then another employee tells me they will wash it here in actuality. Still no ETA. To make use of my time, I had someone help me find a toolkit so I could take my plates off my trade in car. Now just need to wait for my new car. This is my third transaction from this dealership and likely last. Not sure what has changed, but major issues. I hate to say it, but take your business to Colorado! More
