The sales staff worked hard to find me the exact model I wanted even though it was in another stat The actual purchase experience was pleasant enough. The sales staff worked hard to find me the exact model I wanted even though it was in another state. They set up some of the blue tooth features for me and the negotiating process was probably the easiest I've had at a dealership yet. My biggest complaint is that after the sale I was asked to return multiple times to fix errors on the contract. This was very inconvenient for me and I felt that the expectation was that I should drop everything and come in, when that is just not always a possibility for me. More
