Best Customer Service Ever! When I purchased my Hyundai I thought I was getting the best service I had ever received. Not only was I helped right away, but with patience, understanding and kindness. It was great! However, I had to go back a week later for the coating. When I got there, the service person had called in sick, so I decided to go see Chris again for some questions I had about my car. He stopped what he was doing and came out with me to my car and walked me through some of the "new" to me features. I know that I can call him any time when I need his help. He is great! More

I called them up inquiring about the Mercedes Benz they had for sale and was given to a salesman by the name of Jordan Sorenson. In short, Jordan Sorenson, Sam Jarvie (General Manager), and Shayne Skaggs (Sales Manager) made this a wonderful, stress free experience. We made an offer, they accepted it. Our deal was approved prior to making the trip to Salt lake, leaving us to sign a few documents when we arrived. The entire process from the phone call at home, to leaving the dealership was less then 90 minutes. (Excluding travel time of course) We would like to thank Ken Garff Hyundai as we love our new (Used) car, and plan on calling them again for our next purchase. A Great Car Shopping Experience! I was in the market for a used car, but I was trading in a car with negative equity and had ZERO to put down. Jordan Sorensen really took care of me and did everything he could to work with my situation. He put a lot of time and effort into my car search and we ended up with a brand new Sonata that we LOVE and a price I can't possibly complain about. Usually car shopping is so stressful and the sales people never listen to you, but it wasn't like that at all with Ken Garff Hyundai. I will return to them when I am ready for my next car and highly recommend them to anyone currently int he market for a new or used car. More

A pleasant experience. I stopped in today to look at the Elantra. I very much liked the color of the vehicle, but want not able to get the price I needed. The salesman (Jordan Sorensen) was great to work with. He did everything in his power to get me a good deal, and make it work for me. My only possible issue, and a small one, was the way the numbers were presented, but this came from his managers desk. Part of the problem for me is that when I came in I said I was looking there, and then going to a dealer I've worked with before. So they were concerned about me taking their numbers and using them against them. I did as I said, and went to another dealer, but did not give them the numbers from Ken Garff. Probably because they knew me and I've bought from them before, they started with a bottom line number and I purchased. I like prefer the showroom and selection at Ken Garff. Give them a chance, I truly believe Jordan was an honest sales person. More

I called and talked to Jordan Sorensen about it and set up an appointment to go see the car. I thought I would have to do some negotiating to get the price I found on the internet but that wasn't the case at all. I am usually on the defensive when walking into a place where people are paid on commission but I didn't have to worry here. We showed up talked to Jordan, test drove the car, and not too long after were driving away. Jordan really listened to us and wasn't pushy at all. I would definitely recommend this dealership. I was actually in the market for a used car but at the price I was able to get it was definitely worth buying new. More

Jordan purchased a small can of detailing paint for us to fix the small rock chips that are on the car. The detailing shop didn't do a very good job of cleaning our mats either (they left them in the trunk while they were still wet and now they smell bad and are ruined), and Jordan went and bought new mats for the car and didn't charge us any additional money. Overall he was very helpful and great to work with. More

We were more than satisfied with our experience at Ken Garff Hyundai. In fact, it was the best car buying experience we had ever had. I had gotten a phone quote from him earlier that day and when my wife and I came in that evening he really went the extra mile for us. I know he stayed later than he was scheduled to in order for us to complete the sell. He set up the Bluetooth for our cell phones and spent time going over all the features and has called to check on things as well. Ryan in the finance office was also great. We love our new Sonora and we would recommend Ken Garff and Rocky very highly. More
