I entered this process as a serious, ready-to-buy customer. Unfortunately, despite repeated follow-ups, the dealership was unable to provide a firm—or even approximate—delivery timeline the entire time. What made this more concerning was learning that the vehicle I was waiting on had multiple manufacturer recalls and was ultimately placed under a stop sale. Even with these significant issues, there was little proactive communication or effort to offer a meaningful solution. I remained patient and even proposed reasonable options to move the deal forward, but my last proposal went unanswered. That lack of responsiveness ultimately made the decision for me. This experience fell significantly short of what I would expect from a brand competing in this segment. Transparency, communication, and accountability were all lacking. To be fair, my direct contact was professional throughout, but the overall process reflects broader issues with how this situation was handled at the dealership and manufacturer level. If you’re considering this vehicle, I would strongly recommend asking very direct questions about delivery timelines, current recall status, and what happens if delays occur—before committing your time. Stopped in to adjust my tire pressure when the weather changed and the service team was fast and had me out in time to be back to work without being late.
