I am extremely dissatisfied with my service visit due to three specific failures: Refusal of Service/Technology Gap: I was turned away at the intake bay for using my Digital Key. The staff member was dismissive of the vehicle’s Valet features and unwilling to assist, forcing me to return home for a physical key. If this is policy, it must be clearly stated during booking—it was not. Poor Communication: Throughout the 3+ days my car was serviced, I received zero proactive updates. I had to chase the advisor for information. Lack of Support: Despite the multi-day delay, no effort was made to assist with a loaner vehicle. This experience has validated the negative stories regarding this brand’s post-sales support. I have decided that my current vehicle will be my last from Hyundai. More

They genuinely wanted to help me with what I suspected was a 12 volt battery failure. On first visit they tested the battery and it passed. Two days later the battery was dead again.
