I got right in and the work was recorded for me. I didn’t give excellent because I got charge $90 plus for two windshield wipers. $20 an hour charged for putting on two wipers! That was a rip off. Communication was poor, I had to call multiple times over several days to get updates rather than being informed by the dealer. Also, a loaner car was supposed to be offered but the dealership had no availab several days to get updates rather than being informed by the dealer.
