The sales experience was excellent—no pressure at all while we explored and test drove two different vehicles. Financing was smooth and hassle-free. Unfortunately, the service department’s follow-up has been extremely disappointing. We needed immediate service at the Ford location in West Valley right after purchase, and the issue remains unresolved even after seven weeks. Southtowne’s service team failed to communicate throughout the process. We received no updates and had to repeatedly call just to find out where our vehicle was. There was a complete breakdown in communication and accountability. Thankfully, we connected with Brandon at the West Valley store, who has been outstanding. He’s continued to support us long after the sale, and we’re still working with him to get things resolved. It would have made a world of difference if someone from Southtowne had simply reached out. I had a very positive customer service experience with my new car lease. Allen (sp) was excellent at asking questions to establish my wants and needs. He then worked to meet those wants / needs. There was one issue that was raised in terms of financing. (My mistake not his.) I believed that we had come to the end of the road. I resigned myself to the fact that I wasn't going to get a new car. The next day Diego joined Allen and presented me with a couple of different options to get us back on track. That interaction with those gentlemen got us back on track. I LOVE my Ioniq 5. I will happily recommend Ken Garff Hyundai Southtowne, specifically Allen, to anyone. More
