Sorry, the parts department cannot verbally communicate with the service department even though they are 10 steps the left. Yep that is a teeny tiny scratch, yep I have the OEM paint pen because we touch this up all the time, and no I won't do that for free. You need to BUY the paint pen for $45! Basically the service department knows the cars and will fix them well but they are hidden by a front end that will provide zero complimentary service, and a sales team that provides zero after sales support to their customers. Unbelievably SLOW. I brought my car in for an oil change.
