Wow where to start. The Finance lady there (Shari) is the rudest most complicated person I have ever worked with in my life. Not only can she not not be professional she is a horrible communicator and needs rudest most complicated person I have ever worked with in my life. Not only can she not not be professional she is a horrible communicator and needs better training on the job as well as working with the public in general How can a dealership for one pull bait and switch, tell a customer everything has gone through, and then say then unappropriately yell at the customer and try to belittle them! This is the worst experience ever not to mention they will call the cops and then have the customer placed in restraints because they want feel "threatened" by the customer who has slightly raised their voice because of the fact that the salesman inappropriately spoke of the customers in a way that is so distasteful and disrespectful. Shane which is the so-called manager there was so rude and continued to cut the customer off and berate him is the worst manager ever in the eyes of the public and it is sad to know that he cannot "deal with an upset customer" which is the way he described it and without a doubt they cannot be trusted with any financial issues. Brian was very helpful. He took time to show me multiple vehicles. I was totally anxious to go get a new car but heard great things about Hyundais but the moment I walked in everyone was very friendly and gave me the information I needed. My sales person was patient and exp things about Hyundais but the moment I walked in everyone was very friendly and gave me the information I needed. My sales person was patient and explained everything. Even the finacing was easy and the price was great. Needless to say I not only got a great new car but made some nice acquaintences as well. Communication was terrible between the sales manager, the salesman, the finance manager, the service department and us. At our arrival, they were very kind and helpful. However, when it came to the negotiation and paperwork stages it become a completely different experience. It turned into the typical "used car experience," where you feel pressured to buy, they won't let you leave, they keep having to 'see if their manager will go for this' even though the numbers weren't where we wanted them. It was a long, stressful process. But when we finally got what we were expecting and agreed to buy it wasn't relayed to the finance manager and the final paperwork. So it was a fight all over again trying to get everything in the paperwork that we thought we had already agreed upon. If the car hadn't been exactly what we were looking for we would have left on several occasions. More
Me and my mom came in on a very dark and cold night and was met by Brian just as we got out of my car. He was very chearful and friendly. We were both looking to buy a New car and even though he "speciali was met by Brian just as we got out of my car. He was very chearful and friendly. We were both looking to buy a New car and even though he "specialized" in used cars he went out of his way to help us when the New Car sales people were busy, and I am glad he did. We knew what car's we wanted and he took us to them so we could pick out what features we were looking for without showing us everything we didn't need or want. I would say Brian could also "specialize" in New Car sales, he was so Knowledgable! Brian had noticed a couple inperfections on my car and pointed them out to me when in fact I might not have seen them until after I had got home. He made sure it was taken care of to my satifaction. I would also like to thank the Manager on that night for not making us feel like we needed to hurry and get out the door way after closing time(sorry I am not good with names)and I would like to thank the nice gentleman who did our Retail Installment Contract and Security Agreement for his time and patients(sorry again I forgot your name) but your candy on your desk was awesome! In the end my mom ended up getting a 2012 Hyundai Sonata loaded vs the 2013 Hyundai Sonata, because of all the discounts offered it was a deal she couldn't pass up. I ended up with a 2013 Hyundai Accent with every feature I wanted and within our budgets. I would recomend Brian and your Dealership to anyone who was looking to buy a New or Used car and If I ever buy another car it will be with your Dealership! I have had some really horrid experiences in my car buying experience. This was among the best. While a bit flamboyant I found the salesman to be extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle (Hyundai Sant buying experience. This was among the best. While a bit flamboyant I found the salesman to be extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle (Hyundai Santa Fe) and extremely thorough in his explanation of the features and selling points of the car. He laborously went through each pamphlet and additional marketing feature such as BlueLink and XM Radio, etc. The loan officer was also extremely helpful in explaining the financing and answering my questions. She too should be commended!! More
