I arranged an appointment for a warranty on a Sonata theft deterrent device. I was told it would be in stock in two days. I came in five days later. Freddy started out happy and inviting, however, when negotiations started, he was rude because I didn't want to budge. I simply asked him if he could do this number I had listed and if yes, then great. If not, let me know as I don't have time to sit here to go back and fourth. I didn't want to waste his time or my time. He aggressively wrote the payment amount down, signed the paper, smacked the pen down, turn the paper to me, and stared me down until I signed the paperwork.
