best car buying experience ever! I am recovering from a stroke, so my brain tends to wear out really fast and I really needed to minimize my time at the dealership. Chris Hawks worke I am recovering from a stroke, so my brain tends to wear out really fast and I really needed to minimize my time at the dealership. Chris Hawks worked with me via text until we agreed on an out the door price with my trade in. The next morning I met Chris at the dealership and he had all of the paperwork ready so that the test drive, paperwork, and financing was done in about 50 minutes. About 15 minutes later, my car was cleaned up and ready to go, and Chris gave me a run through of the car and setup my phone on the Bluetooth. Chris was the nicest guy and was easy going, patient and kind, and such a pleasure to work with. There was absolutely no price haggling and he already had the paperwork prepared for the exact price that we agreed upon over text messages the day before. I've never had such a pleasant car buying experience, and this is the 10th car that I've bought from a dealership over the past 30 years. I drove 34 miles to this dealership even though there is another Kia dealership just a few miles away from me, and I will definitely look for Chris Hawks at Rodeo Kia the next time I'm looking for a car.
