First time I enjoyed going to a dealership I went just to test drive the 2014 Kia Optima Hybrid and ended up leaving with the 2013 version. Quintin the sales guy was great to work with. I really enjoyed working with him and didn't feel like I was being cheated. I felt very comfortable with him. Quintin even washed my parents non Kia car for them and dried and cleaned the tires by hand afterwards! No dealership has ever done that for me before. He went above and beyond. I'd love to work with Quintin again in the future and bring him more business. Double G in financing was awesome as well. Did a great job and very personable. He took very good care of me. Also, Wade in servicing is great too. The dealership has a great team that makes you feel like a part of their family. I'd definitely recommend this dealer to friends and family car shopping. Horrible service, rude employees and way overcharging for an oil change. Most of the good employees have left and the rest are not far behind which shows how poorly this place is managed now. From the moment my husband and I went on the sales lot every person we came in contact with was very friendly. I really liked how everyone was friendly when I arrived, and even offered me food. What was even better is getting most of the deal done before I arrived with David. What was surprising was finding my vehicle detailed and in the show room when I arrived. i brought in our 2011 kia sorento for its 30k mile oil,lube job, on my way out to pick up the car i noticed person over washing off another vehicle,so i walked over to ask him about detailing the engi oil,lube job, on my way out to pick up the car i noticed person over washing off another vehicle,so i walked over to ask him about detailing the engine compartment, i told him that we have the auto butler program on the car since we bought it new and wondered how much it cost to do the engine, he thought it was included but said to go ask jose at the rear of the shop. i walked back and asked him about it, he informed me that it was not included, but said, bring it over and he would do it for me.i had many questions for jose about how he did his job, what products he used and where he got them, he was very helpful. jose went out of his way to be sure that the tires and wheels were cleaned as well, i could tell that he takes pride in his work. my wifes sorento looked sharp when leaving the lot, great job and service jose! jeff larson More
My wife and I came into the dealershipafte being treated rudely at another dealership. The staff at Salazar Kia was great. I gave Kia an outstanding rating because I started off at Kia on a saturday. Looked at everything I had found on Craigslist that I liked or/and was within my budget. I was fortunate enough to have Raymond Kia on a saturday. Looked at everything I had found on Craigslist that I liked or/and was within my budget. I was fortunate enough to have Raymond Garcia for my guide. My husband and I drove many cars. Raymond asked if I had ever driven a Kia, I had not. After driving a few different Kia's I fell in love, but wanted to explore all my options. Although I left Saturday without making a purchase because I had other vehicles to look at between Kia salazar and mesa. I spent the rest of Saturday driving and looking at various vehicles. Sadly went home without making a purchese. Sunday we were up and at it again. Weighing option of other vehicles. After driving a used Kia optima and dealing with less than courteous sales people, who were late, rude, pushy, arrogant.... we decided to call Raymond for his excellent service and see if my husband and I could find THE vehicle. And wallah...... we were met with a smiling and kind Raymond again for the second day. We ended up leaving with an absolute beautiful white KIA optima, Thank you to Kia Salazar for you fabulous service and to Steve Worosz for also putting up with our indecisiveness but ultimately Raymond Garcia because of your excellence we came back to you!!! We had a terrible weekend going from dealer to dealer in the Avondale and Goodyear area. We encountered much of the same dealership behavior at each place and were just getting fed up. By the time we got to Salazar Kia, we had determined that if we could not get things done the way we wanted that we would just give up on buying a car at this time. We were over $6,000 upside-down on our 2005 Mercedes and other dealerships tried to make us believe that we could only accept what they wanted to offer. Our salesman, Gregg, and Bob Acord were so great! Not only were we able to get things done, but we were able to get a much better rate than another dealership claimed was even possible, got a great deal on the car, and never felt like we were in a traditional dealership setting. This dealership does not belong to a family of dealerships but to one guy and he runs the place right. I will do business here in the future and recommend anyone else to do the same. More
