I go here and my service rep is Paul. Paul is an outstanding rep. Best ive encountered in ALL and ANY dealership Ive had to deal with. There was even a mix up with misinformation and Paul took responsibility Immediately and made sure everything was fixed and his word was kept. You do not see that type of care these days. Ask for PAUL when you come here and he will make your experience the best. More

You can never speak to a real person in the service department. When I call I want to speak directly to someone. Recently for oil change and a week later I get a message my car is ready. I've always been happy with the service I receive in person but good luck getting anyone to follow through on what they say they're going to do or getting a callback. I've been dealing with the same iss person but good luck getting anyone to follow through on what they say they're going to do or getting a callback. I've been dealing with the same issue since I bought my car in 2018. Every time I think i finally got someone who will follow through or has a genuine interest in fixing it they drop the ball and they are very difficult to get a hold of. I even called and asked to speak to a supervisor and was advised I'd get a callback and didn't. The last guy I worked with promised to call me by 2:00 in the afternoon the day of my appointment and almost a week later I had to contact him. He'd forgotten our whole conversation and what he promised me. He was polite and apologized and asked me to give him an hour to figure it out and get back to me and now it's been 3 days and still no callback. Needless to say I'm very disappointed in the service provided and lack of follow through or interest in fixing the issue. More
