Never Ever do business here again. 2014 Kia Soul I bought from there. Engine problems. They lied said my radiator had a hole in it causing the engine to blow. FALSE it is over a year and a half later same ra from there. Engine problems. They lied said my radiator had a hole in it causing the engine to blow. FALSE it is over a year and a half later same radiator in the car never been repaired or replaced. I had the engine repaired somewhere else and they voided my warranty. I have paperwork and diagnostics from other repair shops that state nothing is wrong with my radiator. The car has a bad engine just like everyone else online has an no one at this dealership cares at all. I called Kia Motor and they stand by their dealer they said. What a joke. Its a shame too it was the second Kia I bought from them. Lost a customer for life. More

Jason went out of his way to work with my broker to secure me a Sorento. The only one that met my specs was at his sister store. When was unable to make a trade with that store, he called to tell me th secure me a Sorento. The only one that met my specs was at his sister store. All I had to do was meet Manny, who helped me at Rodeo with a test drive, at the other store and I would buy my car. Awesome! Unfortunately, at that other store, a manager REFUSED to honor the deal, treated us rude, laughed at us so we left without my car. NOT Jason’s fault - he went out of his way to win over my business. If you want a Kia, definitely visit Rodeo. They go the extra mile for satisfied customers. More

Took 2020 Kia Soul in for first oil change. Chris Morgan was service advisor. Said would take about hour and 15. After hour didn't see my vehicle anywhere, he was walking by in waiting room so I asked how was service advisor. Said would take about hour and 15. Waited another half hour, still no sight of vehicle so I went to his service desk and he literally snapped. I stood in disbelief! I then spoke to service manager Guy Hernandez who assured me he would have long conversation with Chris. Mr Hernandez was very professional and polite and was able to get my car for me! More
