I did speak with Tim Reilly and It was a pleasant converation...It is obvious that Tom understands customer service and knows how to talk to people. I give him a five star rating, and would be the ONLY person that I would deal with if I ever decide to give Salazar Kia another chance. However, I will not remove my earlier post as a reflection as to who I dealt with and what I went through with my other 3 instances. Tom, thank you for your time and talking with me.
