We went to Salazar because we had bought a Sorento a couple years prior from a salesman we loved. So we went back for our second car to find out that he was no longer there, but for good reason on his couple years prior from a salesman we loved. I recieved a letter in the mail that said I was pre-approved for a new car and that I might be able to get my car payment lowered, so I called and made an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Tim Sheridan still worked there. He sold us our first Kia in 2009 and was very friendly, helpful,and knowledgeable about the Kia product. Tim was great and made me feel like I was in complete control of my own decision without pressuring me to buy. If I didn't like a certain car, he didn't try to persuade me into liking it. He just said, "Ok, let's go look at something else." Although, we weren't able to get our payment lowered, the staff at Kia did everything they could to get the payment within our budget and we drove away in a much nicer car than our trade-in. We are very happy with the service and hospitality we received from Tim, Bob, and Della. It was also nice to know that Bob even remembered us from previous visits to the service department with our old Kia. I have never received that kind of personalized service at any other dealership and I will be referring anyone I know who is looking to buy a new car to Tim. More
