They Failed to check make sure work done right 1st time on repair to leaking windshield wiper tank. They did not check to see they squirt. Then had BIG problem just to have them check to clear lines or fin on repair to leaking windshield wiper tank. They did not check to see they squirt. Then had BIG problem just to have them check to clear lines or finish the job I paid $300 for the first time. manager Nicholas question why we waited so long to bring car back and stated he could not believe HIS GUYS did not check when I was there first time. He insinuated that the windshield wipers stopped working after my Visit! I insisted to Nicholas that they never worked after car repair was supposedly fixed first time. He said he could not confirm that to be so nd I told he could be sure of it because I told him so and I am not a liar! They kept my car overnight without notice which caused a HUGE INCONVENIENCE the next day! Upon pickup of car again it was a hassle to just pay and get car back. Last word after all this, no discounts given or offered for AC check refill work done or offers to discount engine mounts I told Nick I need repaired and after having car 2 days they did not even wash the car but, left it in their yard. Never again will I return to any Ken Garff dealership wherever they are located! This dealer in Avondale is soiling the memory of Ken Garff shame shame shame More
