Probably last time buying from this dealership We just got a very nice looking Telluride S 2020 on a lease, after signing the lease on Sunday (3-17-2019) I jumped on their website and estimated th We just got a very nice looking Telluride S 2020 on a lease, after signing the lease on Sunday (3-17-2019) I jumped on their website and estimated the payments for a lease on the same car which it's showing 100 dollars less difference(both before taxes). The next day I went back to the dealership and approached to the salesperson(Vincent) and he just started acting offended yelling and "I told you its the best deal you could get !! " repeating it over and over making even people on the side feel awkward and the other representatives took their customers to their offices "for more private conversation". I asked to speak with Sales Manager and he came by and started explaining with details and calmness when I showed him the print out from internet deal that I found he mentioned that the car value was not the one showing in the website (35K) but the one I got was 37.1K, then added the fees (another 3K) made all the numbers match to the 445 payment (of course it did). Also, they took out the floor mats when they washed the car prior to delivery but Todd was kind enough to fix this for us. You might wonder why I didn't check the numbers and did my research prior to heading out there and I agree it was a stupid move but since I got an Optima EX for a really nice deal 2 years ago I thought of them as trustworthy. I guess my advice to you it's to as always do your homework prior to sit down and start negotiating, always, doesn't matter if you deal with them before. More

I had a list of about 5 cars that I was considering for my next purchase. I went to Earnhardt Kia to test drive and Todd was so great. I let him know up front that this was just for research and I was not ready to purchase a car. He didn't pressure and just talked to us about the car. We took his card and left. After we decided to buy the car- I still wasn't sure about buying from a dealership. However - I could not locate the car (with the year and mileage) that I wanted other than at a dealership. I contacted Todd and he made the process so easy. We basically just had to come in and sign the finance paperwork. While we were waiting for the finance manager- he introduced us to the service team and went over all of the features of our new car. The process was so incredibly easy that I have changed my opinion on buying from a dealership. Thank you Earnhardt Kia and Todd! More

Excellent Service Went to the dealership and met with my service advisor Ed Jones. My problem was the fuel door would not open. He had his tech show me how to manually open the door so I could get fuel. Made an appointment to have the van diagnosed and have some warranty work done. After the inspection it was found that two parts were failing which they did not have and have to order them. They put the van back together and ordered the parts. When reassembled on of the problems disappeared the second remained so made appointment to have the still failing part replaced. During this time my service advisor kept me informed until the job was complete. The job was done without any problems and I am currently using the vehicle. Great Job Service department. More
