After an online search, we determined to go to Earnhardt Kia to look at 2 automobiles. When we ran into Todd McLennan, we were fortunate. In a very short time we put together a satisfactory deal - just in time to make out trip back to Kentucky and just in time for Todd to take his days off! As we prepared to leave Arizona, we discovered a problem with the sunroof of the new car. A quick call to Todd and he had us come in and met us (his day off) and, while we have to wait to get the car fixed back home, Todd made sure we were taken care of very nicely. Our trip was delayed only a couple of hours! Additionally, he discovered another minor issue which he took care of straight away! More

After meeting my new salesperson, Maryann, I felt a sigh of relief that she was not a high-pressures salesperson, and immediately took me to the car that I was interested in. After a test drive of the new car, I met with the finance director, Rory, and we worked out a good deal on the car and financing. I was very impressed with the customer service and lack of pressure to buy anything. Would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone. More

Friendly, professional, low-pressure customer service! A+++ We were greeted right away by friendly staff member (Vincent). He did not try to push or pull us in any direction and catered to finding us an even better vehicle than what we had intended to purchase (at almost the same price as the older model)! He also seemed very genuine and honest with all the answers he gave us and showed understanding when we discussed our limitations/conditions. All of the staff at KIA worked to accommodate us with our budget and preferences. The environment was comfortable, we were offered water and shown where the vending machines and restrooms were. We were introduced to the Service Department staff and after a painless process, we left feeling elated at the deal we got on a vehicle that was better (more included upgrades) than what we had expected or even considered! Everyone we were in contact with was friendly, professional and honest! KUDOS!! More
