When I first spoke to David Bailey on the phone, he was very understanding of my situation and was able to get me in at the end of the week. He worked around my schedule instead of just trying to rush me in before year end (I came on the 1st of Jan). I fell absolutely in love with the Kia Sorento. While everyone in my family was against the purple, (technically "Deep Cherry") he brought me straight to it. I had gone to a previous dealer and they did not even know how to get the child safety locks to work. However, David knew everything about my vehicle. As a nanny of 3 kids, that was extremely important for me. While we were discussing prices, I asked to be able to call my mom to discuss with her as well. He was very patient while I was struggling to get a hold of her and he made sure to check in on me, but not hover. We were able to all make a deal and I am very happy with my first experience purchasing from a dealer. I have heard horror stories and dealt with some issues of my own at other dealers, but David and Earnhardt Kia made me feel like I was appreciated.
