There was none of this with Mike Scribner at Earnhardt KIA--within minutes he gave me the price for trading my 2011 KIA Optima for a 2015. Not only that, the car needed a bit of service and living in Wickenburg, we didn't want to wait so Mike Scribner volunteered to drive our new car up to Wickenburg the next week (we were there on a Saturday), which he did. David was a wealth of knowledge and everyone at Earnhardt was very professional yet friendly. We hate being attacked as we start looking and buying a car has always been a challenge in every sense of the word, this time, it wasn't. David helped us with our questions about Kia's and particularly the "Soul" and we asked to just look and think for a while, he checked back with us but was never pushy and never talked down to us. Answered all our questions and went with us on our test drive. We were very sure then what we wanted and finally were ready to purchase. Our little "Soul" is just perfect for us and we love it. We went to Earnhardt thinking most probably a Soul, blue in color, yes, we knew what we wanted, or so we thought. Upon entering the dealership we were immediately pleased with the sales team that addressed out questions, gave us a tour of available vehicles and a test drive of one that would match our preferences as stated. After some very open, truthful and low-pressure negotiation we purchased a vehicle, trading in our 1999 Honda (we had planned to sell it ourselves and decided the value received from Earnhardt plus the new vehicle deal was too good to pass-up). The financing package was very fair and well explained by the Finance Mgr.. Should we buy a vehicle again this will be the dealership we will deal with! David, Elena, Scott and Steve were true professionals with personalities that we immediately trusted.
