I made an inquiry via CostCo Auto Program which lead me to contact Earnhardt Kia. I was directed to Scott- who literally answered ALL my questions regarding PRICE, TRADE-IN, PAYMENT OPTIONS, etc. The other details would come regarding availability of color of exterior and interior of the Optima LX we ended up purchasing. Scott Feichtinger is/was a very pleasant man to structure a purchase and trade-in of the vehicle. I endorse him and Earnhart to anyone looking to purchase a KIA. More

I am from Tucson and I have gone to two large Kia dealerships in Tucson and had a poor experience with one and an okay experience in the other. The drive to Phoenix was worth the experience and great customer service. Our agent, Scott Feichtinger, was very nice and honest. He was willing to listen and try to work with us with getting the best numbers that my wife and I felt comfortable with. We did not feel any pressure from him whatsoever, unlike our experience with the other Kia dealerships in Tucson (we've been lied to and felt the whole sales pitch pressure = not fun). He was patient and explained everything clearly. We felt he was honest throughout and one big plus was no dealer add-ons was pushed onto us. If you are thinking of purchasing a Kia in Phoenix, please ask for Scott, he will treat you well! More

The salesman encouraged me to purchase a bunch of add-ons, but he didn't use high pressure. I did buy a few options that in retrospect, I could have done without, but I'm an adult and they didn't force me. I bought a 2013 KIA Soul. It's turned out to be a much better vehicle than I originally thought. Although not fancy, my little red car provides superb value for the money. So far, the service department has done a great job for me. The next time I buy a new car, I'll call ahead with a list of options I want, and not make decisions while on the sales floor. More

In the course of my life, I have purchased or leased approximately 20 new cars, and my experience at Earnhardt KIA has surpassed all others!! I have owned BMW 530i, 750LI, Range Rover, Cadillac, Corvette and many more high-end vehicles. The sales experience my wife and I had with Vic Braca at Earnhardt KIA was fantastic! Vic was polite, genuinely interested in our questions and concerns, patient, and worked with us and your finance team to get us the lease price we were looking for. Please know that when it comes to professional salesmen, Vic sets the standard of excellence!! Myself, I am a EVP of Sales & Marketing in the nutritional supplement industry, and I could not give Vic higher marks!! We've had our KIA Soul now for nearly 4 weeks, and we absolutely love our new car. Most likely, I will buy this car at the end of the lease. Thank you Earnhardt KIA!! Rick & Sharon Robinette More

This was the third vehicle I've purchased from an Earnhardt dealership, and second from Earnhardt Kia. I am very impressed with the atmosphere and attitude of sales people. Went to my Kia dealer to have a TSB or technical service bulletin (ECM 132 update) done to help me with some of the issues I've had with the car. I scheduled the service appt. 4 days earlier, then called m bulletin (ECM 132 update) done to help me with some of the issues I've had with the car. I scheduled the service appt. 4 days earlier, then called my service advisor the day prior and left her a voicemail about the next day's appt. I specifically asked if the service dept. would do the update for me, and to call me if they couldn't, as I had to arrange some changes to my work schedule and I did not want to waste either my time of theirs if they couldn't. Also it was a 45 mi. trip to them roundtrip. She called me back within an hour and told me "yes", they could do the update, so I told her I'd see her the next day. I arrived at the service dept. about 30 min. early. She came out of her office to greet me and immediately and bluntly told me that I would have to pay for the update because Kia needed to tell me that I needed to have it done. I told her it was my understanding from what I had read about it that it was covered by warranty, and was indicated for the issues I had. I mentioned to her what my car's problems related to the update were. She then told me she'd be right back after talking to her "technician". She came back a few minutes later and rudely said that the update was not going to be done. I asked how much it would be if I paid for it. She bluntly replied that "he will not do it". I asked why she never told me this by phone the day prior when I called her, specifically discussing this appointment. She promptly went back into her office without any further explanations and I told her that I was not happy. She shouldn't have wasted my time bringing me in when she knew the service wouldn't be done, and more importantly, should have offered to test my car to see if if this service bulletin procedure should be done. After all, I DID have a service appointment, and even showed up early for it. My service advisor, in refusing to perform the work, was disrespectful, rude and reflected incompetence on the part of the dealership. No options or alternatives were offered, and certainly no apologies for wasting my time. I've bought, sold and serviced many cars and I found the whole situation was egregious, and no one deserves to be treated that way. The dealership has never contacted me to try and correct the ill will generated with me with this negative experience. This has soured me both on the car and especially on the dealership. I will not return to this dealership either for service or a car purchase. I am trying not to hold this bad experience against other Earnhardt dealerships, but for a dealer that promises "no bull", I beg to differ. More
I had filled out an online form regarding a Kia Sportage. I also had visited 2 Kia dealerships much closer to me, but they either did not have what I wanted, or could not come to agreement on price. David I also had visited 2 Kia dealerships much closer to me, but they either did not have what I wanted, or could not come to agreement on price. David contacted me by phone in responce to my inquiry and I went over to Earnhardt. David was personable, friendly, and we had a lot of fun talking. He arranged to get the exact sportage I wanted. He also worked with the sales managers to get the price I was looking for. I enjoyed the whole earnhardt experience and would recommend this dealership, especially David. John Dey More
