He was willing to listen and try to work with us with getting the best numbers that my wife and I felt comfortable with. We did not feel any pressure from him whatsoever, unlike our experience with the other Kia dealerships in Tucson (we've been lied to and felt the whole sales pitch pressure = not fun). He was patient and explained everything clearly. We felt he was honest throughout and one big plus was no dealer add-ons was pushed onto us. I did buy a few options that in retrospect, I could have done without, but I'm an adult and they didn't force me. I bought a 2013 KIA Soul. It's turned out to be a much better vehicle than I originally thought. Although not fancy, my little red car provides superb value for the money. So far, the service department has done a great job for me. The next time I buy a new car, I'll call ahead with a list of options I want, and not make decisions while on the sales floor. More
