1-year service appointment. Said they rotated the tires, but did not. One has to question if they changed the oil...They said they did, but hard to tell because the oil was still pretty good, even after a year, because we drive mostly on electric...The long and short of it - this is why dealers have a bad reputation (i.e., trust issues).
