Santa Barbara Lexus has great selections of vehicles and are able to add on certain features to allocated inventory or place a customized order. The management and Emily, our sales representative, were not high pressure sales people at all, which we truly appreciate! Emily is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Of all the dealerships we’ve visited, SB Lexus is top notch! We are so impressed with our new Lexus Rx350 Luxury SUV! Emily made sure it was detailed and even put a big red bow on top of our SUV — got a chuckle out of that.-) More
