My family and I had recently upgraded to a bigger SUV due to upsizing our family. We saw the car online and was able to work a deal out over the phone since the dealership was close to 3hrs away from where we lived. We ended up driving down to the dealership and the car was a perfect fit for us. The interior condition wasn't the cleanest...in fact I found a hand full of pretzels, a funion, and a vanilla crispy wafer underneath the third row seat. There were also fingerprints all over the back windows. They had the car go back to get detailed and brought it back from being detailed 45min later. Quick detail job I know. I inspected it and found the same food in the back seat and fingerprints. Also there was sand in the creveses of the seats. So I pointed it out and they took it back again. 20 minutes later it came back. Only found 2 pretzels this time and the sand was still there. Instead of having them send it back for the 3rd time I knew it wasn't going to come back any cleaner. So that was strike number 1. After the deal closed it was still daytime and we were unable to see that the front windshield had a hazy coat on it which made it very unsafe to drive at nighttime due to the glare from the oncoming headlights. My husband and I decided that since we were already going to have to pay someone to detail our car since the dealership failed to do, we would see if the detailer could get that film off. He wasn't able too so the windshield was considered damage. My husband called the dealership and they took a couple days to work something out. They needed us to drive to the next city, which is an hour there and an hour back, to pay out of our pockets to get the windshield replaced. They would reimburse us of course but the fact that we have had close to $600 come out of our pockets 3 days after buying the car, not cool. $250 detail job, $292 for windshield, and $50 for the gas we used to drive and get the windshield. We were only reimbursed for the windshield. Just dissapointed that they didnt take responsibility for all of the out of pocket costs. No one should drive away with a new car having to get it professionally detailed themselves on their own time and money. I should have never even had to send the car back to get re detailed. It should have been in mint shape as is. In conclusion if you want to leave the dealership driving a like new car and a safe one, I might add, probably shouldn't go to this one. We've bought a handful of cars over the last 10 years and have never been unsatisfied like we were with this purchase. More

JOSHUA Bowman is the only helpful and nice person I've talked to at DCH Lexus, He is new there but he REALLY knows how to talk to clients and make them feel welcomed, unlike his manager NORA. He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car. I am so happy with my car, thank you Joshua!! I was planning to pay all cash and drive it home the same day but his manager Nora Halstead made it a xxxx of a sale. I walked in after seeing the ad on the website stating $10,875 for the car, and once I was talking about the price, Nora started talking about a $16,999 that was APPARENTLY posted before I got there. Making it sound like the $10,875 is the NICEST REDUCED price they could do, and like they were actually doing me a favor. while it was clearly ON THE WEBSITE. Not only that was a false advertising, but then she pulled out a sales Magazine with a deal, that according to her was going to start the day after. It seemed like she had three different prices in the three different ads (the Car itself, the website, and the Magazine). I had a terrible buying experience, especially since it was my first car. I am in Northern California but they are the only dealership that had the color combination and the features I was looking for. Robin Tidd made the whole process super smooth. We agreed on the price in couple of minutes and then she arranged for the logistics of delivering the vehicle. Mark delivered the vehicle and spent about an hour explaining the features to me. There was no pressure of any kind nor did they try to sell me anything extra. I arranged my own financing and did not trade in any vehicle. This is how car buying should be. More

Repair of faulty brakes/ Ignition failure (battery). The brakes were faulty and mal-functioning, as was the battery. The ignition was slow and almost dead. Battery was replaced, and brakes re-worked. Other minor problems with window sensors, and back seat, and window washers were explained clearly to me, and have been corrected and working well. T his was over the 4th of July holiday, so the car was not available for about 3 days. I am very impressed with the quality of the service dept, and in particular with the help of Mr. Phong, who was exceptionally courteous, efficient, and cooperative in trying to complete the repairs ASAP, and who arranged transportation to and from the dealership for me.He is very competent, and excellent in dealing with customers. ( ALSO, my car was washed and was immaculate when I picked it up.!!!! I was delighted with this extra treat). I will most certainly return for future services. Patricia McCormack More
