Abby was great. I bought a used Bronco at the dealership and was communicating with her from the beginning. I was looking for this trim and model and surprisingly fo I bought a used Bronco at the dealership and was communicating with her from the beginning. I was looking for this trim and model and surprisingly found what I think to be a great deal at Lexus in Santa Barbara. (must have been a trade in) I was able to get 90% of the deal done online and over the phone with Abby before making the trip from San Diego. She even picked me up at the train station. I think it was excellent customer service and would happily buy from her again. 10/10 for Abby. However, the finance guy was overly pushy. I understand that it's his job to upsell but he would try to guilt trip you into believing you need all these add-ons. He tries to extend your payments 3 months beyond what you wanna pay and add $130 a month just to say "It's only $100." No sir, that's $11,160 in added fees to this loan for something I will not use and do not want. When it came to signing since I didn't want any of the extras, he did the job very quickly and kept showing me where to sign, clicking on the signature so I can't see the paperwork and not wanting me to read everything to rush me out. I had to keep closing the signature just to read the actual contract and he was getting frustrated that I was doing my job as the buyer to read everything. More

Great customer service. Only issue was bought a car in the rain and didn’t realize the tires were cracking and needed to be replaced.
