I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealer via the internet. At first I was very hesitant/skeptical to make such a huge purchase via the internet on a car that I hadn't seen or driven yet. After doing a lot of internet research this was the best deal in California!! Then I spoke with Joe Green (internet manager) he put all my fears and anxieties about purchasing a car online at ease. After some slight negotiations, this was by far the EASIEST, most HASSLE FREE car purchase I have ever made. The whole transaction took less than 15 mins.!!! The paper work was sent overnight, so I was able to sign everything prior to picking the car up. Once I arrived at the dealership, I handed over the papers, were given the keys and drove off the lot, again in less than 15 mins!!! Joe and everyone at DCH Lexus of SB went above and beyond the car buying experience. I would defiantly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a easy going, hassle free car buying experience. Finally he paired my phone with the car through Bluetooth, enabling me to wirelessly speak on and listen to music on my phone.
