Magic Makers, Trading in for a 2015 Lexus IS350 F Sport I was not really in the market for a new car. I did figure it was Memorial Day weekends so I went ahead and contacted a few dealerships to see what sp I was not really in the market for a new car. I did figure it was Memorial Day weekends so I went ahead and contacted a few dealerships to see what specials were in line for the Holiday. I am in the process of having my first child with my wife so I wanted something a little more family friendly but that still would be able to pack a punch when I did not have the family with me. I opted to look into the IS 350 F Sport. I dealt directly with Mark Sherman for the entire deal. I contacted the dealer and he helped me from end to end. He worked out the numbers over the phone for what could be provided for my car (trade), my needed down payment, and overall terms. It was a simple and painless process. Everything was presented to me. Everything looked fantastic and we were so anxious that we went down the very next day after speaking with Mark over the phone. When we met with Mark he was full of energy and ready to take care of my wife and I to be able to get into our new Lexus. He made sure we were comfortable and he was courteous and charming. We were offered water right when we walked in. The amenities of the dealership were plentiful and the entire place was gorgeous. Our new IS350 F Sport was detailed to perfection. All facets of the car were completely explained and reviewed by Mark with my Wife and I. We were able to take it on a test drive before pulling the trigger on the lease. In Finance we dealt with Michael Weinzimmer. He was straight and to the point with all of the paperwork being submitted. He went over every line item in perfect detail to make sure my wife and I were comfortable with every piece of the deal. It was the quickest and easiest financing experience I have had buying a car. I could not have asked for a better experience and look forward to being part of the DCH family for years to come. Mark Sherman will be my salesman of choice. More

A Level above the Rest, in Buying A Car Business was handled with professionalism and no pressure. (which is the opposite of what I had experienced at other dealerships.) Our GX 470-with 152,000 miles was still in perfect condition, and Derek Bishop in the service department kept it that way for as long as the dealership was here. My wife wanted a new car , so............... we Just purchased a 2015 Lexus 450h from Joe Green. It was a pleasure dealing with him. A true professional. He answered all of concerns about the technology, and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the purchase. Extremely disappointing for a Lexus dealer As current owner of an LS400 and IS300 I was happy to hear there would finally be a dealer in Santa Barbara, so I didn't have to drive to horrible an As current owner of an LS400 and IS300 I was happy to hear there would finally be a dealer in Santa Barbara, so I didn't have to drive to horrible and shady dch Lexus of oxnard where i was sold a GS with odometer fraud. So to hear the Santa Barbara dealer was also owned by dch I was optimistic that maybe this locations service would be on a higher standard because of the level of clientele in Santa Barbara but then i got there it was clearly a smaller mini clone of the oxnard dealer with even some of the same shady faces from the oxnard dealer with the same unlexus like customer service. I allways try to get thru to parts or service department which is pretty much impossible because its only one person running both departments apparently so the only way to get thru is if u call and yell at the operator and demand to speak to somebody and not be but on hold forever. And even if you do get thru they're too busy or never have any parts in stock they will just tell you its discontinued, but if I go on eBay I can find the parts im looking for brand new from plenty if other Lexus dealers shipped to my door. I would not recommend this dealer for anything if you want the true Lexus experience its worth it to make the trip to Lexus of Beverly Hills where I have had many great experiences, or even longo Lexus in elmonte is better. Michael Lampkin was a very interactive salesperson who responded quickly to E-mails and phone calls. He was very flexible and willing to work around my schedule and always ensured that I was in and out of appointments on time. It was especially convenient being able to negotiate terms by E-mail rather than waste hours sitting at the dealership (which is what I've usually encountered at other dealers). I was very satisfied at the purchase price we agreed upon for my new NX 200t. I think the Lexus is one of the best manufacturers on the road and the owner services and benefits are a perfect complement. I look forward to servicing my vehicle at DCH Lexus SB for years to come.
