Definitely WOULD NOT recommend this honda dealership. they have ZERO shame about lying about what your paying for and whats included. Then When you the customer, that just gave them your business reach they have ZERO shame about lying about what your paying for and whats included. Then When you the customer, that just gave them your business reach out to them (thinking it was a simple mistake on their part) to correct the problem. You find out, its HOW THEY DO BUSINESS @ LONG BEACH HONDA. Not only SHADY & maybe illegal business practices. On top of that, they start to gaslight & become very disrespectful when confronted about their shady actions. this is HOW LONG BEACH HONDA TREAT their CUSTOMERS. Instead of being HONEST or taking responsibility for their deceitful behavior they choose to call us DU*B, & $**PID ..... I WILL POST just 1 OF many examples of what I was told was included, by LONG BEACH HONDA ......to get me to purchase vehicle, but then magically was not covered. BAIT & SWITCH More

As a first time car buyer I would say I had the worst experience at this dealership. I ended up traumatized and not wanting proceed with buying a car because the sales Dennis and manager became really fr experience at this dealership. I ended up traumatized and not wanting proceed with buying a car because the sales Dennis and manager became really frustrated and passive aggressive with me. At the end I felt forced to take extra accessories I didn’t want that other Honda dealers stated are optional and don’t have to buy. From the beginning I got a paper to sign from Dennis and I had questions and was told management could explain to me the next day because it was already late. I signed trusting them and not explained anything, didn’t test drive the car or touched it at all and I was still harassed and forced to take a car I still had questions on. The level of stress, and anxiety they caused me was the worst experience I have ever had. More

Here's my experience from the last 5 months from miscommunication to them misplacing my insurance/registration docs, you decide. 11/2022- The Purchase Online I was eye-ing a pre-owned 2020 Honda HRV. I was welcomed by Manuel Villalobos (Sales Specialist). Like a person that's about to sign into a 5 year contract I had lots of questions. One of them was comparing a pre-approved loan from my credit union bank to the one they were offering me in Honda Long Beach. Manuel became really frustrated and passive aggressive at my pretty basic questions and was pushing me to sign. I thought, maybe it's late and this man has worked hard all day/ is tired? (it was 8 pm). Or maybe it's because I'm a woman and I shouldn't be asking informative questions? He said he was going to make copies and instead Nader Hidary (Assistant Manager) came in to answer all my questions in a very patient manner. When I was informed enough to sign the purchase Nader left and sent Manuel back. Nader informed me enough to make the purchase. March 2023- First Oil Change Service Had my first oil change since I did purchase the Services packet with the dealership. With appointment it is pretty quick. However... this is the first month I turned on the A/C. Since I bought the car in winter season I did not realize that the A/C actually did not work. I asked if I could get it take care of in the moment since I was there for the oil change. I was told by Abel (Service Specialist) that I could not. I had to make a whole other appointment. I'm a high school teacher with a very busy schedule the only other time that fit for me was a month away. April 2023- Oh boy. Getting the A/C fixed. - April 24: I arrived for my 12 pm appointment to the Service building and Ernest (Tire Specialist) kindly greeted me and checked my tires. He actually found a nail on my back tire. I appreciated that find and he said they'll get it taken care of... Briana Reed (Service Specialist) took in my case. I texted the automatic text message you receive from Honda asking for an update. I did not receive an update until I went to go look for Briana at 3:30pm (luckily I had the day off). They find out that there is a hose that is damaged and a part had to be order. My car had to stay over night. I had my family pick me up from the dealer and give me a ride. April 25: Briana gives me a call that the incorrect hose was ordered and delivered therefore my car had to stay in another day. She offered a 24 hour rental for me to get around to work because of their mistake. I took it but I had to show my insurance card. I was then attended by Adriana (Service Specialist). Both Adriana and Briana told me: "Don't worry we can get it out of your car compartment. They took it out and I told Adriana. "PLEASE make sure this goes back into my car." She said: "Of course. I got it. Don't worry." I took the rental with a $50 hold on my card. April 26 (today): During my break and lunch I called and called... AND CALLED the services office phone number. A new person responded every time transferring me to someone else that ALWAYS led to a voice message. I finally called SALES and they find out that Briana is out of work and connect me to Shawn (Service Specialist) attends me on the phone. Like the quick thinker that I can be, when Shawn told me my car A/C was ready I asked: "How about the nail on my tire?" He checks and checks, apparently there's no record of it on the system and it was NOT taken care of. I had to wait ANOTHER HOUR for it to be fixed. I got my car took it home. I get home and notice, MY CAR REGISTRATION AND INSURANCE IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. At 5:30 pm I call multiple times and once again I'm sent in circles with no answer. More

I am so pleased with my experience. Hayden Garcia was amazing! I live out of the area and inquired about about a car and he immediately responded with pictures that I requested. I had a terrible experience at Long Beach Honda Car Dealership and would not recommend it to anyone. My brother and I had been in talks with the dealership for a week to see a Tesla Model S and had sch Dealership and would not recommend it to anyone. My brother and I had been in talks with the dealership for a week to see a Tesla Model S and had scheduled an appointment to view it. However, right as we were about to take the car for a test drive, another patron walked in on our appointment and sat in the car as my brother had the key in his hand. Despite our previous agreement with the salesperson and the fact that we had been working with them for over a week, the dealership said that the other customer is willing to pay full price, which we had no problem with. We politely asked the prospective buyer if it was still okay to test drive the car cause my brother wanted to feel the car and hopefully purchase a similar one in the future. The patron agreed and said that there is no problem with that. I asked the patron why did she want this car despite the mandatory dealer "accessory fees" that were added on the window sticker, to which she responds that it makes sense for her. Fair enough, we walk back into the dealership to request the test drive to which unbeknownst to us the sales person helping her, possibly due to motivation of a commission, instigated the manager falsely stating that we were trying dissuade the customer from purchasing the car and that the price to high. The manager come out yelling at us making a scene and telling us to "GET OUT"(actually said this), with no attempt at trying to understand the situation. We calmly requested to speak with him and clear the air to which he begrudgingly apologizes and has the audacity to ask us why are you talking to the other customer, when that customer interrupts our appointment and "steals" the car from us to which, again, we had no problem with. The customer service we received was unacceptable. The manager was unprofessional and showed no regard for our time or the fact that we had been working with them for a week. They were only interested in making a quick sale and didn't care about the inconvenience and disrespect they showed to us as customers. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone due to their unethical business practices, poor customer service and lack of transparency. It is a shame that this dealership does not value its customers and only focuses on making a quick profit. The manager told me that his name was Albert but it likely he lied as upon searching Albert of Long Beach Honda there was no manager of such name. If you ever happen to meet him in person you will instantly remember this review as his ego and unprofessionalism is beyond disbelief. More
