Amazing Staff! David Maaly was superb! He was personable, transparent l, & attentive. He made the process the opposite of every car purchase I’ve had,& felt welcomed & like I was being heard. Johnny was really helpful when we purchased the CRV. We were on a time crunch and had only about an hour and half, he was able to help us get the paperwork done and out the door within that time. good experience even though i didn't end up buying car i found a certified pre-owned car online that i was interested in. i e-mailed alexandra pacas, and she sent me all of the information about it. when i found a certified pre-owned car online that i was interested in. i e-mailed alexandra pacas, and she sent me all of the information about it. when i arrived for my scheduled test drive, she had the car already pulled around. she was super clear in her explanation of features of the car i needed to know about before the test drive, and spent a lot of time showing me all of the features of the car afterward. alexandra knew EVERYTHING about that car! she had the carfax and inspection report ready even before i asked for them, in the end i didn't buy the car, only because i wasn't willing to pay $999 for an after-market anti-theft device that i didn't even want. but neither alexandra nor her manager tried to pressure me into buying the car even though she had spent so much time with me. good on them! besides alexandra and her manager (sorry i didn't catch his name), i also interacted with salesman manny v. who was helpful in setting up the test drive appointment for mel. overall a good experience, and i highly recommend working with alexandra. if only it weren't for that anti-theft device i'd be the happy owner of that car, at what i considered a fair price. More
