Person up front was excellent however, I was frustrated that the actual technicians did not obviously look closely as i had service messages still up on my display. I rented a car, turned it back in and got there to get my car and ended up driving off before i had to turn around and waste another half hour to an hour for you guys to figure it out to get the messages off the screen. I had already blown off my whole day to do a simple service on the car. when you service a or b you should make sure all is good before you hand call the client and tell them it is ready to pick up. I had meetings i had to get back to in Park City and that delay was deeply upsetting. More
