I received good service; I was able to make an appointment in person. Dropped my car off and was shuttled to my home and shuttled back to the service center when my car was competed. I had Ford mud flaps bought and installed at your dealership on Feb 13th I thought this would a routine job, boy was I wrong! The mud flaps that I purchased from your parts department were obviously dealership on Feb 13th I thought this would a routine job, boy was I wrong! The mud flaps that I purchased from your parts department were obviously not meant to fit my Bronco Badlands, but they were installed anyway. Attempts were made to make them fit (what do you do with a lemon, you make lemonade) bottom line is they are not meant for my vehicle! I have spent $381.22 for your error! Please don't offer to remove them & refund my money, I've been down that road, because now there are multiple holes that have been drilled on my vehicle.
