Tyler was compitent, and very helpful with this whole process. When an issue came up about transferring the p/u bed cover from the old truck to new one he quickly got it resolved. TC Morgan (Service Advisor) did an excellent job coordinating the repair to my Ford Escape ENGINE CONCERN (coolant present in #1 cylinder) -- $11,000 repair!! This was followed by a $700 repair (eva coordinating the repair to my Ford Escape ENGINE CONCERN (coolant present in #1 cylinder) -- $11,000 repair!! This was followed by a $700 repair (evap purge assembly)! Unfortunately, my warranty had just expired!! There was another problem that the dealership paid fore!!! All the work was done in a timely manner. Great Dealership -- Great people!! Bought this Escape 2019 new in Mesquite, NV. Millage was 44,000 when all this happened! More
