Terrible experience. I was told my oil change would take an hour to an hour and a half. It took 2 hours and 50 minutes. The service rep called and left a message on my ho I was told my oil change would take an hour to an hour and a half. It took 2 hours and 50 minutes. The service rep called and left a message on my home phone but I was around the corner in the waiting room where I told him I would be. Also he would not accept the 3 oil change package because it was expired. Nobody has ever told me that it had an expiration date. I posted on social media and nobody else knew either. I expect a refund. More

Not only was my buying experience amazing . I came in today for my complimentary oil change and that was just as amazing . Dalene was waiting for me when I pulled in , she was so nice . Also the BEST part was when Dalene went over the inspection of my vehicle from top to bottom they didn’t insist on any unnecessary add-ons just for me to spend money! That also means they clearly did sell me a good vehicle in the first place . That is definitely hard to find these days ! They are most CERTAINLY a top notch dealership from sales to service !! More
