I delivered my truck at appointment time and a couple of hours later they called me and explained result of diagnostics and cost of the fix/repair for my approval. I approved and 5 minutes later my truck wa hours later they called me and explained result of diagnostics and cost of the fix/repair for my approval. I approved and 5 minutes later my truck was ready to roll. No complaints. For the most part all my dealings over the last three years with Ken Garff Mesquite Ford have been a positive experience. Dave Heath (Sales) is great! I've gone to him several times. He's not pushy and makes you feel like you're not totally getting scammed. As for Mesquite Ford Service, Horrible I've gone to him several times. He's not pushy and makes you feel like you're not totally getting scammed. As for Mesquite Ford Service, Horrible!
