I gave the service 3 stars because because the truck still indicates only 24% oil life and in need of a 30k service, which was the service it was bought in for. It appears the tech possibly not resettin still indicates only 24% oil life and in need of a 30k service, which was the service it was bought in for. It appears the tech possibly not resetting after service. This give them inaccurate information on the app. Please call me so we can resolve. More

I initially purchased my pre-owned vehicle on 04/14/2025, and I couldn't have asked for better service than what I received from ALL of the personnel at Ken Garff Mesquite Ford then nor at my recent visit on and I couldn't have asked for better service than what I received from ALL of the personnel at Ken Garff Mesquite Ford then nor at my recent visit on 02/13/2026 for the routine vehicle maintenance appointment. At the time of the sale, they understood my budget and worked within that. Additionally, Aly, has understood my schedule and has been able to always accommodate that when setting up a regular vehicle maintenance appointment. Anna. who greeted me at the walk-in welcome desk was very caring, and Victor Hermosillo, my salesperson, has never forgotten me since I purchased the vehicle back on 04/14/2025. Thank you again to everyone who has assisted me thus far at Ken Garff Mesquite Ford! I/we are very fortunate to have this dealership in Mesquite!!! More
