But all my questions were answered, and I was carefully shown all the features of the car. Best Experience I've Had in a Dealership I'm terrified of car dealerships, having bought into the ideological misconception that they exist only to make money. Unfortunately, I bought a new car at a dealership which wasn't Spradley. At 12,000 miles my car began to fall apart. The other dealer refused to cover many of my repairs under warranty and even broke my skid shield. When I asked them to fix the skid shield, they used duct tape to hold it together. Skip ahead to this week. During a snowstorm, my skidshield dragged through some snow and the tape tore off. Parts of the shield were pushed up into the exhaust and melted, creating a chemically smell. Other parts of the shield dragged in the ground, making it impossible to reverse and drive in the snow. The next day, I went to Spradley Barr and Seth took great care of me, changing my perception about car dealerships. Spradley is honest and caring. They put me before making money for the company. My anxiety levels dissipated within an hour from the time I first arrived. My car is fully functional, again; and I will never take it to anyone else. More
