At age 77 I'm not too savvy when it comes to vehicle maintenance and tires, so against a few protests from friends I took my Town Car to Spradley-Barr to check out new tires, I was incredibly surprised to find what was the very best quality for safe driving at an excellent affordable price. Another great aspect of service at Spradley-Barr is efficiency. At my age I value my time and hate to feel I'm wasting it sitting around waiting - and this was another pleasant surprise for me - the speed and efficiently of Chris and the team who took care of me in a very busy shop. What a pleasure it is to be cared for with such professional friendly experts. Sometimes it's best for one NOT to listen to their friends, yes? More

Poor Quality Oil Change The highly trained technicians couldn’t be bothered with removing the plastic oil bottle that they used to catch the oil coming from the oil filter. The highly trained technicians couldn’t be bothered with removing the plastic oil bottle that they used to catch the oil coming from the oil filter. I drove 150 miles home to find a plastic oil bottle in my engine compartment. It had been lying up against my belts and pulleys, and rubbed/ melted a hole in the plastic bottle. Now there is oil on my belts, in the bottom of my engine compartment, and I have a oil spot on my garage floor. This is a quote from their website “By bringing your Toyota vehicle to Spradley Barr Toyota of Cheyenne for all your service and repair needs, from regularly scheduled appointments to major repairs, you can count on a continued driving experience unlike any other” While they did provide me with a driving experience unlike any other I assume they meant it in a positive sense. If this is the quality they provide for a simple oil change service I can only imagine what is done in a complicated repair. I cannot and will not recommend their service department to anyone I know. Update: I gave the Spradley Barr Toyota Service Center 15 days to respond to my complaint before positing my first review. After posting my negative review they finally got back in touch with me to refund my money. Kudos to them for the refund. Shame on them for making me write a negative review in order to get customer care. More

Well when I got ready to do the deal the finance manager(Rob I found a Truck online talked to my bank and drove up to Cheyenne ,WY from Evergreen ,CO. Well when I got ready to do the deal the finance manager(Rob) noted that what I had wasn't going to work,Seems I missed the part that said "this is not a line of credit".So the manager and the Salesman(Lee) put their heads together and put their own deal together and at a lower interest rate.All in under 2 hours .I got to drive my new truck home.I would use them again and recommend them to others.
