Dead battery and recall work Luke was very accommodative and efficient when I called him close to closing time. My battery in my 2015 GTI had just died and I needed a replacement Luke was very accommodative and efficient when I called him close to closing time. My battery in my 2015 GTI had just died and I needed a replacement fast. He was able to have a tech stay after hours if I could get to the dealership quickly. 18 mins later I drove into the service bay were he was waiting and had the battery and paperwork ready. The battery was replaced and I made an appointment the following day to have the recall work completed. More
