It is important that my family is provided with the best service when taking the opportunity to spend our "hard earned dollar". Christian is great at breaking down what he feels should be in the best interest of our dollar and protection for the family. Jack is just as great at his way of selling that is not forced. Very good listener of our needs and takes a vested interest in my family when we come to purchase or are in for a service. It is the little things that make these two so valuable to the company. My husband found out about the VW SignThenDrive event from a family member, and he did some research online, filled out the application on the SanTan VW website, and someone called us soon after. They set up and appointment for me to go in and see Jack Rasmussen. I was a little anxious, as this was the first time I've ever done anything this big by myself, without my husband. Jack was very friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. He was very honest with me, explaining everything so there would be no surprises. He and the store manager were able to get the monthly payment where we were comfortable. After meeting Jack later that evening, my husband, who has lots of experience with car salespeople, said that guys like Jack Rasmussen are few and far between. I cannot say enough about my positive experience at San Tan Volkswagen. Every employee that I had contact with was friendly, personable, and courteous. I greatly appreciated this because it is an attribute that I did not see at other dealerships during my car search. Not only did all three excel on the professional side of the transaction but they were in general the best people that I have dealt with while buying a car. During the process we talked about music, work, and life in general. They made me feel so comfortable that at times it felt like I was having a casual conversation with friends. This was a much welcomed change to the monotony, boredom, and frustration that I have experienced while purchasing cars at other dealers. I want to single out both Lester Parrales and Christian Harding for the excellent service that they provided to me. Both Lester and Christian were extremely well versed in every aspect of the transaction and were able to explain everything to me concisely. They made sure I left the dealership with exactly what I wanted and did not overly pressure me to purchase anything I didn't want or need. In my opinion Lester and Christian both went above and beyond what is expected to make sure that I has comfortable and happy. When my phone they even found me a charger to use so I wouldn't be cut off from the digital world. This is one of those small things that they did for me that I didn't expect to receive based on my experiences at other dealers. Lester and Christian were amazing representatives of San Tan Volkswagen and great people in general. I cannot speak enough praises about how Lester and Christian. My entire experience at San Tan Volkswagen was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. The dealership is 50 miles from my house and I was hesitant to make the drive because I expected to face the typical hassle and frustration that I equated to car dealerships. I am now extremely grateful that I took the trip out to Gilbert. Based on my experience I would rather make the drive to San Tan Volkswagen then go to the car dealerships that are less than a mile from my house. I am definitely going to recommend to my friends and family that they go to San Tan Volkswagen if they are considering buying a car. More
