My husband found out about the VW SignThenDrive event from a family member, and he did some research online, filled out the application on the SanTan VW website, and someone called us soon after. Jack was very friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. He was very honest with me, explaining everything so there would be no surprises. He and the store manager were able to get the monthly payment where we were comfortable. After meeting Jack later that evening, my husband, who has lots of experience with car salespeople, said that guys like Jack Rasmussen are few and far between. I greatly appreciated this because it is an attribute that I did not see at other dealerships during my car search. Not only did all three excel on the professional side of the transaction but they were in general the best people that I have dealt with while buying a car. During the process we talked about music, work, and life in general. They made me feel so comfortable that at times it felt like I was having a casual conversation with friends. This was a much welcomed change to the monotony, boredom, and frustration that I have experienced while purchasing cars at other dealers. I want to single out both Lester Parrales and Christian Harding for the excellent service that they provided to me. Both Lester and Christian were extremely well versed in every aspect of the transaction and were able to explain everything to me concisely. They made sure I left the dealership with exactly what I wanted and did not overly pressure me to purchase anything I didn't want or need. In my opinion Lester and Christian both went above and beyond what is expected to make sure that I has comfortable and happy. When my phone they even found me a charger to use so I wouldn't be cut off from the digital world. This is one of those small things that they did for me that I didn't expect to receive based on my experiences at other dealers. My entire experience at San Tan Volkswagen was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. The dealership is 50 miles from my house and I was hesitant to make the drive because I expected to face the typical hassle and frustration that I equated to car dealerships. I am now extremely grateful that I took the trip out to Gilbert. Based on my experience I would rather make the drive to San Tan Volkswagen then go to the car dealerships that are less than a mile from my house. We just moved down from the state of Washington a month ago and needed to take our 2012 Passat in for its 30,000 mile checkup (well checkup) and have the windows tinted. As my car was being worked on my husband was working out a deal with Jairo for a 2014 TDI SE Passat. (Men and their need for the smell of diesel.) Four days later we came in test drove a new car and traded in our gas Passat. I wasn't sure about the color so Jairo did a drive by in the parking lot (no violence involved) so I could see the car in the sunlight. After the third drive by we had a cup of coffee, free lunch and a key chain. Maybe one more time around we could of had a sweatshirt. All joking aside, everyone was great to work with. Yes, even the finance department. We would recommend San Tan VW to anyone. More

Once again, we were not pressured to purchase anything that we did not want or need. His humor combined with his professionalism helped us confirm that we were making the right decision to purchase a volkswagen. We ended up leasing a vehicle. The sign and go lease advertisement that airs on the television lives up to the commercial. It was a very easy process. Ron did the best he could to get them to get all the glue off my new car, but when I buy a new car I was expecting it to be meticulously clean. There should be no reason I have to clean the windows, wheels, and inside the door frame of glue and stickers. Maybe it's my attention to detail after 4 years in the Marine Corps, maybe not. Overall great dealership. More
