Information was provided during the entire process from the personal needs that are expected of the vehicle to the financing needs based on affordability. Some information proved to be so valuable that it ended up saving me potentially hundreds if not thousands of dollars in finance savings and warranty coverage. The test drive confirmed if not exceeded the expectation of the quality of build of the Volkswagen brand.
