My husband found out about the VW SignThenDrive event from a family member, and he did some research online, filled out the application on the SanTan VW website, and someone called us soon after. They set up and appointment for me to go in and see Jack Rasmussen. I was a little anxious, as this was the first time I've ever done anything this big by myself, without my husband. Jack was very friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. He was very honest with me, explaining everything so there would be no surprises. He and the store manager were able to get the monthly payment where we were comfortable. After meeting Jack later that evening, my husband, who has lots of experience with car salespeople, said that guys like Jack Rasmussen are few and far between.
