Bought a new vw, nothing but problems one after the other. The service department and as it turn out the management are experts in giving you the run around. The bottom line they do not stand and back you with quality service, this goes for the dealership and VW of America. It is telling when VW recommends you take the car to another dealer. I do not recommend buying or servicing a car at this dealer. VW cars are not what they used to be. More

My experience at San Tan Volkswagen was such a wonderful one. Jack was by far very professional and not pushy what so ever. My husband recently bought a new vehicle from another car dealer and it was most definitely the worst experience that we have had buying a car, so when we came to San Tan Volkswagen we were a little skeptica dealer and it was most definitely the worst experience that we have had buying a car, so when we came to San Tan Volkswagen we were a little skeptical and scared we were going to have the typical car buying experience. We were pleasantly surprised from the moment we walked in. Jack greeted us and immediately started answering every question we had for him. He even went over the difference between buying and leasing a car. Did I mention that when we went in we were only doing research to see what was the best deal and if we even wanted to sell my car. Never at any point did we feel hassled or pressured into buying anything. Needless to say we ended up trading my car in for a Jetta and have never been happier with the car and most definitely super happy with our experience. I don't think I have stopped talking about what an amazing experience we had and can't wait to buy another car from them!!!! Thank you Jack and Christian for making us feel like people and not just another number!!!!!! More

I purchased a vehicle at SanTan VW in 2011. I tried cancelling some warranties in February. It's April and it finally got done. The worst part was trying to call these people. I was transferred to voic cancelling some warranties in February. It's April and it finally got done. The worst part was trying to call these people. I was transferred to voice mails. I left messages and no calls were returned. I was transferred to finance and everyone seemed to want to transfer the call to someone else. I spoke with a guy in finance today and was trying to get something in writing that these warranties were cancelled and he hung up on me. Highly unprofessional. He also kept saying he'll pass the message along. No one seems accountable. Of these 10+ times that I've called in the past couple months, only one phone call was returned. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It's virtually impossible to speak with the director of finance. The only reason I want to speak with the director of finance is because it's fairly obvious, no one below him can get anything done. I would NOT RECOMMEND SanTan VW. I was still a customer in the service department to get my Jetta serviced and soon for a newer Tiguan that I just purchased but I won't even go there for service now. I'll gladly drive the extra mile to give someone else my business. It's an absolute headache working with the people at SanTan VW. I'd rather go to a place where I don't get the runaround. More

I had to have work redone that Berge VW in Gilbert did not do properly. Jeff Aguilar, my Service Advisor, explained everything clearly and concisely (including keeping the faulty parts) and overcame the not do properly. Darren, the Service Manager also became involved and helped to reach a positive resolution. The dealership is clean atractive and everyone there is courteous, professional and extremely friendly. This dealership experience was the best I've ever had and I will certainly return for future work. More
