After a rocky start with this dealer our issues seemed to get resolved. There was an issue with the first Certified Pre-owned vehicle I purchased and after a little time and a little heart ache for the both get resolved. The Customer Relations Manager, Monica Grajeda, and the Business Manager, Christian Harding, were the ones that made the effort to make this happen. The owner is extremely fortunate to have these two employees, ones that care very much about their customers and the success of the dealership. I'm happy that I was able to get the vehicle I was looking for, just disappointed it had to have been so difficult to get to that point. I'm definitely willing to give this dealer a second chance and just chocking this one up as an unusually bad day for the both of us. Dealership struck a deal by previous visit and then phone follow up. When we came in to purchase the car they did not want to honor the deal. Wasted two hours and never even saw the final deal in writing. I follow up. When we came in to purchase the car they did not want to honor the deal. Wasted two hours and never even saw the final deal in writing. Initially tried to charge $3,000 OVER sticker price on a new beetle convertible because it was a high demand car. We ran out of time because they were so slow and the said "if you walk out we can't honor the deal tomorrow". We went to another dealership the next day who honored the deal and got us out the door in an hour. Stay away from this dealership!!!! More
