I was so impressed with how I was treated and my daughter. We went there right after I picked her up from school and she started getting hungry. I forgot her after school snack. Well, I think Seth (my sales person) became her best friend. The reason I say this is she loves Hot Chocolate and of course we walked over they had fruit, water, hot chocolate, and coffee for the moms. Not only did I get treated right I didn’t even have to go back in forth with price of the car, how much I could put down, and how much I wanted to pay monthly. Seth came to me knowing everything I was looking for offered me a fair deal and without hesitation I accepted. He didn’t make me wait around I was top priority for him and the others. Cliff was the finance guy and he knew it was getting late and I was ready to go so he made it fast as well. Also with all my questions I not once felt like I needed my husband there so they wouldn’t treat me like a dumb girl. I visited the dealer several times in the month before my purchase to look at cars and take test drives before making a decision. When I was ready to buy, the price negotiations were much quicker than I've seen with other VW dealers, without a bunch of back and forth offers. Usually, I've found the most stressful part of a car purchase is the finance room. Christian changed all of that! It was just like the rest of the deal - smooth and not a bunch of pressure trying to sell me extra stuff. He's a very likable guy, and the visit to his office is short and painless. San Tan gets five stars from me. My experience with their sales team was exceptional, and I never felt pressure to make a deal right now. I've purchased from two other valley dealers in the past, but am thrilled to have San Tan for future dealings. More
