I visited SanTan VW with the intent on comparing researched vehicles of various makes and models. After test driving the Jetta it cemented its place at the top of my list of cars with its seat comfort/support and 'adult' knee room, solid construction, torque, and mpg surpassing the competition. Ron noted many of the other features like the body welds which eliminate the rubber gasket that inevitable deteriorates or collects debris and bluetooth functions which are icing on the cake. I first met Patrick at an October Fest event and he answered all my questions about the 2012 Passat. Hello, just want to say that my experience with San Tan VW was very pleasant and memorable. Honestly, if it wasn't for Jack Rasmussen's knowledge of VW and his hospitality, I would have chosen to purchase VW was very pleasant and memorable. Honestly, if it wasn't for Jack Rasmussen's knowledge of VW and his hospitality, I would have chosen to purchase a New Ford Escape from the Ford dealer next door, instead of the 2012 Beetle Bug that my daughter fell in love with, while driving through the VW lot. Prior to walking into the VW dealership, I as a parent was solely set on "encasing" my 17 yr old daughter in a 2012 Ford Escape. Thinking that it was more durable, spacious, intimidating on the road and most of all the Escape took away the fear of "getting squished" if ever an accident. After asking Jack to run through the pros and cons of VW and Ford and any and all benefits that each might carry...I started to lean more towards the VW Bug. Maybe it was the knowledge and faith that Jack had in VW or maybe it was just his warm personality and hospitality that swayed my decision, either way, I purchased a Red 2012 Beetle Bug that same day. Kudos to Brian Bradford as well. He was also a great assistant in the finance dept. Just want to Thank VW for a great experience and wonderful service and hospitality.
