He took the time to initially explore what was important to us before sharing or test driving anything on the lot. He has great knowledge and was very good at helping us recognize features/benefits. After shopping another dealer the next day, I knew that I wanted to give San Tan our business. Patrick was not there and we were fortunate to meet Jack, a supervisor. My husband and I needed a new car and we wanted a 2012 Jetta TDI from the moment we walked on the lot. At SanTan Volkswagen Gaylon was by far the best sales person we have ever delt with, he asked us all Jetta TDI from the moment we walked on the lot. At SanTan Volkswagen Gaylon was by far the best sales person we have ever delt with, he asked us all the right questions and told us every possible detail about the TDI and even tho we got there shortly before they closed, Gaylon stayed a hour and a half past closing to ensure we left with exactly what we wanted and were happy with our decision. While we were going over the details with the finance department Gaylon took the liberty of borrowing my cell phone and syncing it up with the stereo so I could listen to my favorite songs on my way home. the deal we set up with the Christian the finance guywasn't exactly what we had hoped for but was good enough we were happy to drive off the lot that night. As it was a Saturday we didn't hear back for final confirmation of our loan until Monday when we were told we had to come back due to our loan being rejected. When we got there we were utterly thrilled to find out that what we had hoped for in our loan terms was what Christian had managed to arrange over the weekend and into Monday morning. Never before have I signed paperwork only to go back and sign again for less money. Words simply cannot describe how much I love San Tan VW and these 2 guys especially. More
